That’s why we’ve made our sales process as easy as possible – without any of the nonsense.

In this article, we’ll run you through the entire sales process and what to expect when you press ‘send’ on our contact form.


Getting the ball rolling

So, you’re operating in the temporary staffing industry and like the look of our payroll software. It’s easy to get started on our website – your next steps depend on the information you require:

Then comes your free demo

Our demos are where we let the system speak for itself. They are always completely free with absolutely no strings attached.

A demo gives you the opportunity to assess whether Codapay is a good fit for your business. You’ll be greeted by a friendly representative who will ask some initial questions to understand if Codapay is right for you and to make the run-through as relevant as possible.

The meeting will typically last around 30-45 minutes to cover the key features of the software via screen share, and you’ll have the opportunity to ask questions at any point.

Follow-up after the demo

After the demo, your Codapay representative will typically check in with you a couple of days later (providing you have no further questions), so you can mull it over. Plus, you have the option of a free 7-day trial to really get to grips with the system.


Then what?

If you choose to proceed, you’ll receive our contract agreement ready for signature. This is all written in plain English, meaning you won’t have to stumble your way through convoluted legalese.

The contract will confirm the initial length of our relationship, all costs (with no hidden ones), a mutually agreed go-live date, and the terms of our agreement. If you have any questions at this point, your Codapay representative will be happy to help.

Once this is signed, we can get things into motion right away. We set out any information required from you in a simple form that we’ll guide you through.

Our team will get to work on configuring your instance and you’ll be kept updated at each stage by your dedicated Implementation Manager. Once everything’s configured, you’ll have plenty of time to test and migrate your existing data.

In the meantime, you’ll have access to the Codapay Academy to ensure you’re prepped to hit the ground running after go-live. Our all-new training programme enables you to train at any time and at your own pace, with short videos and articles to work through.

Ongoing support

If you have any questions about the software, you’ll have direct access to our UK-based support team and self-serve knowledge base. Our customer service is rated 4.6/5.00 and our typical response time is just 20 minutes (Q4 2021 figures).


When is the first payment taken?

AKA the question everyone wants to know to budget accordingly. We bill for setup fees upfront, but recurring charges are not invoiced until after the first month of usage. Our affordable monthly fees are on a pay-per-usage model, so you’ll never pay more than you need to. Plus, all costs are clearly outlined in your contract.
