As a cloud-based platform, your documents will not be stored on your dedicated device, meaning there is the added security against physical theft.

We can offer either remote or on-site product training for your team. Training is a great way to familiarise yourself with all of Codapay’s great features – and ensures you get the most out of it.

7. How easy is it to switch payroll solutions?

Our team will guide you step-by-step through the process, making it an easy transition for you. As part of our onboarding process, we’ll guide you through the information we need to get you set up.

You may choose to switch in time for the new tax year to start fresh, but you can also switch mid-year – we’ll just need to transfer year to-date data.

8. What are the contract terms like?

Our contract terms are very transparent, so you never need to read in-between the lines.


Our pricing is on a pay-per-usage basis after our initial set up fee, and 20 hours of monthly support is included. There are no hidden costs. If you require bespoke work for your solution, this will be quoted for using our hourly rate.

9. How compatible is Codapay with my current providers?

Codapay partners with a number of marketplace suppliers, including pension providers. Our flexible solution is designed to make data transfer easy.
